Barter Consultants prides itself on hiring and maintaining the very best in talented customer service representatives. Each member of our broker staff is college educated with at least three years in the area of customer service. Our brokers are well trained and very pro active in working with the Barter Consultants clientele. We have our own Chief Financial Officer on staff who is here from 8:30 am until 5pm every day, Monday through Friday, to answer any questions you may have concerning your financial statement. Our owners, Bob and Lee Anne Busman, are also on hand every day wearing many "hats" with an open door policy for all Barter Consultants clients. We also maintain a staff of six full and part time sales executives who are continually following up on leads and developing new business for our fast growing exchange. Employment opportunities are always available for hard working individuals who are interested in a career in the dynamic barter industry!
